attentive staff breakfast variety small shower audible noise
the staff proved attentive. the breakfast offered a sufficient variety of options.. it included hot items and cereals. i appreciated the availability of tea and coffee in the room.

stale smoke paper-thin walls
the staff was helpful enough, i suppose.
The room reeked of stale smoke despite asking for a non-smoking one. It was like sleeping in an ashtray. the walls were paper-thin. i could hear every cough and conversation from the neighboring rooms.

A Charming Stay Close to Everything
attentive staff free parking
The staff were so attentive, and they offered helpful recommendations for local spots. I found it very useful. Ample free parking was available after I entered my license plate number at reception. The locals were friendly and cute. I enjoyed the entertainment in the bar one evening.
The bathroom lacked proper cleanliness. I observed built-up dirt around the edges plus mold in the shower cubicle, unfortunately. It could have been better.

The room was decorated well, it was also nice and warm. I found the bed comfortable, and the room was of a good size. It felt relaxing. Everything you need is there.

Both Jenna and Christie were friendly. I found them helpful, and they are a credit to the hotel. Staff members were polite.

Everything I needed was available there. I appreciated the bar access. It created a cute atmosphere. I saw a Champions League match. The parking was convenient.

clean room comfy bed friendly staff computer system car registration parking notice
I have stayed here a few times. Each time, i got a clean room. the bed was comfy. the staff were friendly and helpful.
i received a parking notice. their computer system to input car registration was not working. i wasn't able to get in contact with the venue to resolve the problem.

awesome stay near the station
friendly staff coffee facilities free parking lively atmosphere
the staff were super friendly, i felt really welcomed. my room included tea and coffee making facilities, which i totally used. free parking was available after registering my car, it was so convenient.
the carpets did have some stains.
